Terms and conditions of Nepali Driving school

• Nepali Driving school   ABN 85 413 790 569 would request you to read carefully our terms & conditions before you book your driving lessons or make a payment for your driving lessons.

• All driving lessons booked with Nepali driving school must be paid in full in Advance within 24 hours of making your bookings.

• Nepali driving school do not issue refunds for driving lessons cancelled or rescheduled before three business days of scheduled appointments.

• Any cancellations/ rescheduling that occur 72 hours ( 3 business days) or more before the scheduled time are able to re-book their driving lessons at no additional cost .

• If a lesson has to be cancelled by Nepali driving school for any reason including illness of instructor or vehicle breakdown, the participant/ student will be offered alternative driving lesson dates or a full refund.

• If you arrive late for a Lesson the Nepali driving school Instructor shall only be able to offer you the remaining Lesson time as the Driving instructor they have a commitment to another Lesson immediately after, and you will be charged for the full Lesson Cost for the Lesson.

• If you do not attend a Lesson (No Show) Nepali driving school reserves the right to cancel the Lesson and charge the full Lesson Cost

• Nepali driving school Instructors may run up to 10 minutes late or be early up to 10 mins on some occasions (depending on traffic conditions), we will try to inform you as soon as we can students should check their phones for any messages.

• You must have a NSW Learner Licence or an valid overseas License to do a driving lesson with Nepali driving school. Please note if you fail to bring your licence you will not be able to take part in the session as such Nepali driving school reserves the right to cancel the Lesson and charge you the full Lesson Cost

• Overseas licence and or international licence not in English should be accompanied by English translation of your licence by a person accredited to translate

• By purchasing our driving lessons and car hire for the driving test it is taken you have read and understood our terms and conditions
• Please note Nepali driving school may be pre-booked up to 3 weeks in advance. Driving lessons are booked on a first come first serve basis. Its your responsibility to book the driving lessons.
• Please note we do not allow family members or Friends to accompany you during the driving lessons.
